The automotive industry can change at a very fast pace, and it says a lot when a car is able to stand the test of time.  In 1984, the Chrysler Group released its very first minivan.  It had seating for seven and boasted a sliding door to make it easy to access the rear seats, and next year, it turns 30.

The American automaker is commemorating this major milestone with a special edition of the popular Chrysler Town & Country.  It'll have specialized badging that designates it as the unique model, and depending on which package you offer, different interior design features.  On the SE trim, you're treated to a sophisticated piano-black interior, complete with silver-accent stitching, as well as a leather-wrapped shifter and seat for the driver.  If you opt for the SXT package, then you'll find seats that are made of suede and leatherette, and a driver's seat that can be adjusted in ten different ways.

This minivan is deceptively powerful, too, boasting a Pentastar V6 engine that produces 283 horsepower.  It features other amenities that Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Eugene customers have come to expect in this model, including dual automatic sliding doors, foldable seats, and a power liftgate.
